Subtasks do not inherit fixversion when created from parent task.

      Summary

      Subtasks no longer inherit fixversion from parent task upon creation.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue like a Story.
      2. Set a fix version for it
      3. Create a subtask under it

      Expected Results

      1. Subtask created will inherit parents fix version.

      Actual Results

      Subtask doesn't inherit parents fix version.

      Notes

      This works fine in JIRA 7.0.5
