      Summary

      There are hundreds of warnings on how JIRA can be improved using Google Chrome Development Tool's Audit feature.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access JIRA using Google Chrome
      2. Access an issue
      3. Open the Development Tool ( F12 )
      4. Select the Audit Tab
      5. Select "Reload Page and Audit on Load" > Run

      Expected Results

      There should be no warnings

      Actual Results

      Among the warnings: 

      Combine external CSS (5)
Combine external JavaScript (12)
Leverage browser caching (12)
Minimize cookie size
Serve static content from a cookieless domain (13)
Specify image dimensions (23)
Web Page Performance
Optimize the order of styles and scripts (7)
