      Issue Summary

      Following the release of JIRA 7.2, the option to collect users Browser info became optional allowing user to opt-in to it or not for this information to be collected.

      The Problem

      Due to the position of this checkbox being at the bottom of the page, it is possible for users to miss this without checking it and because of that, it could make troubleshooting the problem difficult for the JIRA team.

      What We Need

      Can an exact reason this was changed from automatically collecting information to allowing user opt-in be added into the documentation to help clarify things?
