Open new issue using Detail View , will not display from the top

      Summary

      When user open a new ticket using detailed view page after scrolling down the previous issue , the new open ticket will not displayed from the top of the ticket.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Issue > Search Issues
      2. Change the view to Detail view.
      3. Browse an issue from the right side. For example browsing issue TEST-51:-
      4. Then , scroll down the issue :-
      5. Now , click a new ticket , for example TEST-48 :-

      Expected Results

      Issue will display from the top.

      Actual Results

      Issue is not displayed from the top.
