Summary

When you clear the contents of the comment field in visual mode, then add text, the Add button remains disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the comment and switch to visual mode
2. Add some text into it
3. You shall see that the Add button is now clickable
4. Then backspace and clear all the text written
5. Type some more text

Expected Results

The Add button on the bottom of the comment field should be clickable

Actual Results

The Add button look disabled. It can be used but you may need to click it twice to enable it.

Workaround

• Refresh the page and add the comment now.
  or
• Switch to text mode and then back to visual mode.
  or
• Submit with Ctrl+Enter keyboard shourtcut.
