Summary

When right clicking on a large PDF file attachment in a JIRA issue and select "Print", the Print Preview screen will display only a part of the pdf file with scroll bars around the border.

Environment

• Tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download a large PDF file, preferably a large image.
2. Create a new JIRA issue.
3. Add the PDF file to the issue.
4. Open the PDF file by clicking on the attachment link.
5. Right click the preview screen and click "Print".

Expected Results

The Print Preview screen will shrink the image file and display the file in its entirety.

Actual Results

The image will be cut off and scroll bars will appear on the print preview screen around the edges.

Notes

This behavior is not observable in JIRA 6.3.15, the Print preview does not show scroll bars around the image and will show the entire image instead.

Workaround

In Mac:

• Right click + Print >> More Options
• Reduce the the Scale to fit the image in the margins

Windows:

• Right Click + Print
• Either Scale to page or Fit to page depending on version of windows
