Description
I have an e-mail address set up like foo@jira.com. If I send an e-mail to that address, the service with the createissuehandler kicks in and creates an issue in the correct project. But if the email is sent to Foo@jira.com it does not create an issue. I can't control 100% that people might not mix case in an e-mail address. Any suggestions to address this?
