Component name field does not scale with component name length in JIRA 7.2.x

Summary

If a length component name is being entered in the component field under the project administration section, the component name will actually jump to the next following line and segregate into multiple section.

Environment

• 7.2.6

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any project administration > components
2. Type a lengthy and long component name

Expected Results

The component length field will scale accordingly the length of component name

Notes

This behaviour does not occured in previous JIRA 6.4.6 6.4.6.png which seems like a regression.
