Use Seraph for RPC/SOAP authentication

      Currently the XML-RPC/SOAP code (TokenManagerImpl) uses OSUser directly for authentication, rather than delegating to Seraph. This means that SSO (http://opensource.atlassian.com/seraph/sso.html) does not work with RPC, as the RPC code does not call the custom Authenticator implementation.
