Allow CHANGED operator on other fields

      Currently, JQL only supports the use of the CHANGED operator on fields Assignee, Fix Version, Priority, Reporter, Resolution and Status. Reference: Advanced searching - operators reference.

      It should also support other fields, like Project, Issue Type or custom fields.
