On several of my colleagues computers, running the Java applet to attach screenshots appears to work fine, but when attaching gthe picture, it shuts down all the IE windows. Please advise if this is a known issue and whether there is anything we can do to fix the issue. On an aside, can we have the "attach screenshot" applet loaded locally? It appears that each time I try running the applet it tries to go through the proxy server for our internet gateway, and thus pops up a security message.
