Summary

Double error is shown on "Configure LDAP User Directory" page when the error exists and the user clicks "save and test".

Environment

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to "Configure LDAP User Directory" page (for example by adding new directory)
2. fill in all required fields in that way to provide incorrect configuration (such as incorrect host)
3. click "Save and test"

Expected Results

The following error should not appear: "It could not be determined whether you chose to save or test. Please try again."

Actual Results

The following error appears: "It could not be determined whether you chose to save or test. Please try again."
