Remote post function combinations can cause issue status not to be updated correctly after transition

      There is a bug that causes statuses not to be updated properly when transitioning issues. It may happen when certain remote post-functions are used in the workflow. 

      A JIRA bug occurring for the JMWE post-function to add comments was fixed.
