Export as excel/csv does not include external links

      Problem Definition

      The current export feature only includes internal issue links but not external links to other applications, such as Confluence. This is due to the fact that the export depends on the columns selected, which do not include external links.

      This could cause issues to customers depending on several applications within their organization as it could lead to discrepancies.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide columns related to external links that would appear when exporting issues as Excel/Csv.

            Jira Server version includes the link when you export, not sure why Cloud doesn't. It's extremely useful, especially when you're trying to manage reporting, backlog reviews, and discussions with business partners.

            Check if the format how Better Excel Plugin exports the links fits your needs. Even if it doesn't, this is possible to change the format or implement a custom calculated field.
