Avatar Broken in IE 11

      In IE11, when you upload JPEG, the image cannot be viewed as it shows as a broken image.

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.  Download a JPEG

      2.  Click on Profile

      3.  Click Edit next to Avatar and choose your JPEG

       

      Expected Results:

      A picture!

       

      Actual Results:

       

       

       

      Work Around:

      Use another browser to view the avatar
