As an JIRA Administrator I want to have scheduled task to collect performance data

      Problem Definition

      Currently to collect peformance data you need to run jstack withing for-loop to collect thread- dumps

      Suggested Solution

      • On linux create separate child process, which run periodic jstack.
      • Create UI to control the thread and scheduller
