      Problem Definition

      When exporting issues as CSV, only outward links are available in the CSV file.

      If an issue has an inward link to another issue and the other issue has not been exported, that will not appear in the CSV file, which could possibly cause confusions for the customers.

      Along with causing confusion; the current functionality does not allow "Related issues fields" from being migrated from one project to another.

      Suggested Solution

      Include an "Related issues fields" column in the CSV files.
