Issue Summary
I'd like to preface this with saying that the current session timeout behavior is not in question here; this is a request for an additional feature that will terminate a user's session.
We're looking to fulfill a security requirement for our organization that will kick a user out of there current session and redirect them to a log in page automatically, much like a banking website.
Currently a session timeout results in the user seeing a cached page and once they click on something they are directed to provide their credentials. What we'd like to happen (again as an additional feature, not a change to the core functionality of a session timeout) is an automatic redirect to a log in screen.
The end goal is to not leave potentially sensitive information visible to unauthorized users.
Preferably, enabling this setting in crowd would apply this behavior to all products involved, e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.. That said enabling this setting on individual components is acceptable as well.
The support ticket that this is in reference to is CWDSUP-12774
