      Summary

      User seeing broken pdf comment after uploading pdf file in jira issue.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a pdf and add comments
      2. Create an issue
      3. Add the pdf file you created in step 1
      4. Click on the pdf file to view it

      Actual Results

      Expected Results

      User should be able to see the pdf comment icon.
