Exception in chrome is "1 Uncaught (in promise) undefined"

• Caused by sidebar with browser-metrics, e.g. issues (jira/projects/PROJECT/issues/) and project details (jira/secure/project/EditProject!default.jspa?pid=10000) page. Does not happen on pages that use browser-metrics without the sidebar, e.g. edit permission schemes in admin panel (jira/secure/admin/EditPermissions!default.jspa?schemeId=0) or edit project details dialog in admin panel (/jira/secure/project/EditProject!default.jspa?pid=10000&returnUrl=ViewProjects.jspa). Also does not happen on project pages such as issues or project details when the sidebar is absent (i.e. when the current user has Admin but not Browse Projects permissions - see HELIX-228).
• Metrics are still recorded properly and record reasonable values.
• Confirmed that this happens in both jira business and service desk.
• Error doesn't show up in firefox or safari.
