      I used the Permission Helper to determine why a particular user could not close issues and upon getting the results, the response assumed the wrong gender for my user. I think that you need to address this right away and make the response gender neutral.
      We are currently on JIRA v6.4.12.
      Hopefully, this has already been fixed in future versions.
