Summary
The menu is blurry when we out-zoom to 75%

Chrome Version 53.0.2785.116
Steps to Reproduce
- Use chrome with out-zoom to 75%
- Select the project dropdown
Expected Results
We can view the dropdown menu clearly in Chrome although it's set to 75%
Actual Results
The menu dropdown is displayed in a lower resolution
Workaround
Use Firefox
