Occasionally, some timestamps on some pages (like in the Activity Stream on dashboards or the user profile page) will render as 'LLL' instead of the actual time.

Workarounds:

Setting the jira.lf.date.relativize application property to false should prevent the problem from occurring. Please refer to Disable relative dates in JIRA applications for the detailed steps.
