      Configure custom field to be mandatory when a certain custom field have specific value

       

      Example

      If customField1 == testValue1 
      customField2 is mandatory( required )
      else 
      customField2 is optional

            Another use case suggestion:
            Mandatory to fill a custom field for breached SLA tickets to include a reason for why it was breached.
