JIRA Mobile View Side Bar not clickable

Summary

When attempting to access JIRA in the mobile view, the side bar menu does not allow any actions to be selected. This behaviour can be reproduced on SAC as well as clean instances.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into your JIRA instance form the iOS browser
2. Bring up the side bar
3. Attempt to select your favorite filters or any options within the sideba

Expected Results

• selecting your filter brings up the issues in the filter.
• selecting your favorite filters brings up your filters.

Actual Results

• unable to select any options from the side bar
