If you create a folder in the plugins/installed-plugins directory, the name of the folder will be shown in manage add-ons page as an invalid plugin
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to jirahome/plugins/installed-plugins
- Create a folder here
Expected Results
Directory wont be shown in manage add-ons. This can cause confusion
