      Problem Definition

      Currently, Site homage can be set to choose which app a user land when they log in. It's not possible to set this homepage for anonymous users. As an example, if a user has no access to JIRA and got anonymous access in Confluence. When the anonymous user accesses the instance the anonymous user will get JIRA and will be asked to log in.

      Suggested Solution

      There should be an option to set the landing page for anonymous users.
