      Problem Definition

      When using a Select List (cascading) type field with a high number of options, it takes couple of seconds for all these options to be loaded for the dropdown menu, causing a delay when opening the Create window.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a auto-complete renderer for fields of the Select List (cascading) type to avoid all options from being loaded when creating a new issue. This will also help users when looking for specific values, as they won't need to scroll through a high number of options to find the desired value.
