      Problem Definition

      When you create/configure a screen , you have the ability to rename tabs but not to translate them.
      For example, create a screen for issue creation containing 2 tabs "Field Tab", "Test"
      No translate functionality available for the tabs' name. This lead to a mix of translated language if JIRA is used by multi-language users

      Suggested Solution

      Provide a translate functionality such as the one for custom fields
