When the Labels system field has been hidden in the view issue screen but is still in the field configuration for the project it is still displayed in the view issue page.

Steps to Reproduce.

1. Ensure inline edit is enabled.
2. Create a project.
3. Ensure that the Labels system field is in the project's field configuration.
4. Ensure the view issue screen configuration does not include the Labels field.
5. Go to the view issue page.

Actual Results

BUG - The Labels field appears on the view issue screen and you can edit it via the pencil icon.

Expected Results

The view issue page should not display fields that have been configured not to appear view screen configuration.

None.
