As an JIRA Administrator for JIRA Datacenter I want to see progress of index copy in UI

      Problem Definition

      When you initiate Copy the Search Index from another node (index replication) action,

      UI just reports that process is initiated.

      To validate the progress you need manually check the log file.

      Suggested Solution

      Show progress bar during restore process.
