      Problem Definition

      Currently , Time Tracking field is stick together , which is "Original Estimate" and "Remaining Estimate" field . Both field can't be configured separately and there's no status rule in order to edit the field .

      Suggested Solution

      Provide Edit permission for "Original Estimate" and "Remaining Estimate" field based on Status
