Summary

Worklogs popup doesn't should the time as per the logged-in users timezone.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as any user
2. Go to his profile and change timezone Eg: GMT +5
3. Make sure that JIRA system timezone is different Eg: GMT -8

Expected Results

The current time for the field Date Started on the worklog dialog should be shown according to the logged-in users profile preference

Actual Results

The current time for the field Date Started on the worklog dialog is shown in JIRA system timezone. Therefore instead of showing the current time in GMT +5 (where the user is from), it shows the current time in GMT -8.

Notes

Not reproducible in JIRA 6.4.1. Was reproducible in JIRA 7.1.7
