Issue Selector window not handy enough

The issue selector shows saved filters and recently viewed issues but we have found this is not quite enough.

1)
The drop down list should have a "current project" item that displays all issues from the current project the user is in.

2)
It would also be handy to show the Projects selector list to allow users to select a different project than the one they are currently in.
