      Problem Definition

      Creating multiple projects with unique schemes causes performance issues. The recommendation is to reduce the number of schemes by consolidating them.

      Suggested Solution

      Create a tool/script (or part of JIRA's functionality) to compare the various schemes and identify duplicates.
