Import Data Error

      When some issues's comment or description contains "]]>",
      the xml file that JIRA automatic backup can't be imported.

      I found the xml file's format is not correct, I have to modify manual like this:

      <description>Data]]>Data2</description>

      ------>

      <description>Data]]]]><![CDATA[>Data2</description>

      And this problem only occur in jira 3.0, JIRA 2.6 is OK.
