Issue collector collects too much information

      Whenever a feedback/issue collector is created, this option can be selected:

      Although very useful for debugging, it also exposes sensitive customer data such as the Referrer header or the current URL the user was navigating.
      We need to create a mechanism that still enables this option to be used, but can be overridden in a global manner.
