Session Expiration and Resolve Issue

When the following conditions are met:

• Idle-session expiration is enabled (I get automatically logged out after a some period of time)
• Such an amount of time has elapsed
• I have a jira incident open in my browser

And I do the following:

• Click Resolve Issue in the left bar

Then:

• I get a system error. (bummer!, but of course logging in fixes the problem)

I believe that all links should return a "not-logged-in" message.
