Summary

In IE 11, the attached pdf files can only be view once.
Reopening it again leads to infinite loading screen.

Environment

JIRA 7.1.2
Window 10 - IE 11

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach any PDF File in a ticket using the drag & drop
2. Open the file to view the content
3. Close the view
4. Reopen the file again to view

Expected Results

Able to view normally

Actual Results

Reopening it again leads to infinite loading screen.
