Gadgets missing from "Add gadget" window

      I've cloned the issue since the problem is exactly the same. It happens on verision 7.1.7 of Jira Server.

      Problem

      "Add gadget" window doesn't display all gadgets available for an instance of JIRA.
      There is no "Load all Gadgets" option in the dialog after 60 seconds.

      Actual behavior

      Window displays no gadgets or very few. A warning message appears when loading contents for the "Add gadget" window.

      Failed to load gadgets

      Something went wrong while trying to load the gadgets.

      Try Again

            The issue you have just cloned has been resolved and improvements to gadgets processing and display of the dashboard directory were delivered by in JIRA 7.1.0.

            Having said that, we have still identifed more things that can be improved and this is being tracked at JRA-61264. Please do follow that issue instead.
