Level of Tracker Usability and Operability is low

Tracker has so many screens, some of them partly blank, space on screens is used not always rationally, but information displayd on some screens is often very limited. In the same time part of statistics is displayed on working screens instead of status reports. I have a feeling that operability and usability of JIRA Tracker may be significantly improved.
