At this time, the option to download an MD5 is not presented for JIRA 7.x.x : Download JIRA Software. This is the case while downloading older versions of JIRA 7.x.x as well: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/update
The last time this was visible was JIRA 6.x.x, per the archives: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download-archives
It would be helpful if we provided links to the MD5.
Currently, the MD5's can be obtained by manually copying the download URL for the JIRA version of choice, and appending ".md5" to the end of the URL.
