Excel export converts text to number and fails to display the correct value

Steps to reproduce

1. create a Single-line Text custom field
2. create an issue and enter the following value for the field: 111222333444555666
3. search for the issue in Issue Navigator and export to Excel
   

Expected behavior

The field is treated as text and displays 111222333444555666 correctly

Actual behavior

The field is treated as number and displays an incorrect value:

Notes

1. as per the screenshot, Number field is treated as number correctly, so Text field should be treated as text
2. this may be related to Number field as:
   • Number field supports the maximum value of 100,000,000,000,000 (15 digits)
   • only the first 15 digits of the number in the Text field are retained (111,222,333,444,555) - the rest are converted to zeros
3. Multi-line Text custom field is affected in the same way
