Description
Summary
After adding Servicedesk to JIRA Core or Software whereby Servicedesk is using a license that has expired maintenance but is valid for the release, Servcedesk links are broken or not present.
Environment
- JIRA Core or Software version 7.1.4
- Servicedesk version 3.1.2
- Servicedesk license valid until 3.1.2 release only and not valid for 3.1.4
This was the environment used for reproducing the issue on our side, but it can be present in other versions as well.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install JIRA Software 7.1.4
- Add Servicedesk obr with version 3.1.2 from the Atlassian Marketplace
- Add the license valid until 3.1.2 release
Expected Results
Servicedesk should work fine as the license is valid
Actual Results
Servicedesk links are missing and Servicedesk stops working.
There is no error in the logs.
Workaround
Use an evaluation license for the meantime.
