      Webhooks for comments do not respect JQL filter

      Environment

      • JIRA 7.1.2
      • JIRA 7.1.4 ( Tested in latest JIRA version )

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Webhook with a JQL filter and Comment such as :
      2. Comment on an issue from a different project which is not in the JQL Filter

      Expected Results

      1. Webhook should not be sent out

      Actual Results

      1. Webhook is sent out

      Only occurs with Comments.

            Trying different combinations of JQL for project filtering doesn't work. It just completely ignores the JQL filter.

            Is possible to get a rough estimate when (or in which version) this issue will be resolved?
