Issue Statistics Gadget issue counts for multi-select field do not match filter results

      1. Create a multi-select dropdown field
      2. Create one issue with multiple values selected for that field
      3. Create a filter that selects that one issue
      4. Add an Issue Statistics gadget to a dashboard, use this filter and report by this field
      5. Notice that the TOTAL issue count on the gadget is 2 where it should be 1, like the filter
