Support for DKIM

      As a customer receiving email notifications I would like to be able to detect forged emails.

      Requires the deployment of DKIM signing software (e.g. OpenDKIM, DKIM-Proxy) on the server instance and deploying a TXT record corresponding to the public key used to sign.
