Attach Screenshot on Firefox does not Work as expected

Environment

• JIRA Version 7.1.4
• Latest Firefox browser

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take a screenshot.
2. Access JIRA Application via firefox browser
3. Go to a "View Issue" page for any issue.
4. Press "Control + V"

Expected Results

Page to attach screenshot appear

Actual Results

Page to attach screenshot do not appear most of the time. Sometimes it appears.

Notes

In google chrome this function works well. Whenever we take a screenshot and press "Control + V" a new page to attach screenshot appears.

Workaround

1. Use google chrome to access JIRA and attach screenshot to an issue.
2. In firefox press comment and press "Control + V" to open page to attach the screenshot on an issue.
