Improve Tomcat's thread names

      Problem Definition

      Currently Tomcat threads have no easy way of being mapped back to a URI. Mapping them back makes it easier to understand what's spawning, or using the thread.

      Suggested Solution

      Enhance the logging such that there's a filter in place that will provide additional information. For example:

      "http-bio-8080-exec-25 uri:/secure/admin/views/integritycheckercorrect.jsp username:admin" #156 daemon prio=5 os_prio=31 tid=0x00007fe67f669800 nid=0x5f0f runnable [0x0000700006bcb000]

      Workaround
