      Problem Definition

      Currently if you link two JIRA Instances or any applications in the atlassian suite. There isn't a way to completely disable the activity stream from the linked instances.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow more granularity to completely disable the activity stream of application linked instances. i.e. If you link to jira.atlassian.com which will allow you remote issue link but you don't want/need the activity stream to display in your origin instance.
